VP of Residential Supports

The Vice President of Residential Supports has direct responsibility for the individuals who live in the 24 community residences and five supported living apartments Pathlight supports. The program has 375 full and part-time staff who provide managerial and direct support in these locations. This is a dynamic program that requires a leader who can provide positive leadership and vision while directing daily operations.

Perform a variety of support duties for Director of Development and Communications and supervisory staff in the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures and practices, including maintaining records, correspondence, and work on various assigned special projects and similar duties.

Homestudy and Family Resource Coordinator/ Case Worker

Conduct comprehensive home study assessments on families and individuals applying to provide care in their homes for adults and children referred to Family Based Living for placement, utilizing clinical assessment skills in determining eligibility. Manage and coordinate DCF Family Resource Responsibilities, along with acting as liaison for staff and Care Providers with the Virtual Gateway regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Program Directors and Communications and Recruitment Coordinator to facilitate systems and procedures for recruitment, Intake and Referral. Monitor and track Care Provider and Respite lists and ensure adherence with regulatory compliance through the vetting process and ongoing. Carry a partial caseload.

Director of Clinical Services

Pathlight is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to support the individuals with intellectual disabilities served by the organization. This key leadership position is responsible for the management, development and quality of organization-wide supports to the individuals served by Pathlight.
Annual salary range: $93,745.60 - $101,441.60

Pathlight is currently hiring for an Experienced Program Manager position in Hadley, MA. Responsible for the management/coordination of ongoing operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals/families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures.

Per Diem Program Assistant I
