Have you heard about our employee referral bonus for Direct Support Professionals and Nurses? Pathlight will pay current employees a referral bonus if a new candidate for employment was referred by them and hired for per diem, part time, or full time employment in one of the targeted positions!

Kirsten Gurley, one of our amazing Direct Support Professionals, is the first employee to receive the Pathlight referral bonus. During her time as a DSP at our West Springfield house, Kirsten has shown her dedication and love for the wonderful ladies she cares for. Kirsten knew that it was important to recommend someone who was willing to put in the same amount of dedication.

Pathlight’s career ladder for Direct Support Professionals has five levels of increasing responsibility. When you start with Pathlight, you join a team of people that work with three to five individuals with developmental disabilities who live in one of our beautifully maintained community residences. You assist them with personal care, skill development, health protocols, and community outings.
