Homes Needed for People with Disabilities

Do you love the idea of making a real difference?

Pathlight, an innovative organization providing services for people with disabilities, is actively recruiting care providers—individuals or couples—who would like to care for an individual with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their own home in the Franklin/Hampshire area.

The ideal candidate would have skills in working with this population and would be able to establish good routines, set reasonable limits, assist with personal care, help provide an active and healthy lifestyle for the individual, and adapt flexibly as everyone’s needs and abilities change with personal growth.  An open heart, reliability, and maturity are required.

A generous tax-free stipend, training, case management supports, and respite are offered.
